22. Music and film lover. Compulsive TV watcher (Favourite TV shows). It has been said that I may be Frightened Rabbit's biggest fan. If I was awesome enough to be April Ludgate then this guy would be my Andy Dwyer. I run FYFrightenedRabbit and Andy Frabbit FTW! |
Well deleted is probably the wrong word, it was never filmed but it is in the West Wing seasons 3 & 4 script book. The bit I was meaning is when Cliff says -
“You know I’m hoping for a third date with you one day, Donna. So I’m gonna ahead and assume that your choice of the word ambitious just then wasn’t your way of describing someone who’s both hardworking and Jewish at the same time.”
Donna tells him it’s ridiculous, twice and Cliff says “Good” but he brought it up so he obviously knows something is there.
Also in said script book is a scene where Simon lets on that he knows Donna likes Josh. Yes, I love this script book and I still have both of those scenes bookmarked. Heh.
I love Cliff too. He always did good. He helped save Leo and then he replaced Josh in the White House. He was just a good guy, not the right one for Donna but a real good guy nonetheless.
NEED. SCRIPT BOOKS. NOW.
I really wish Cliff had been around until the end. I love his interplay with CJ.
The seasons 1 & 2 script books have the final aired scripts but it’s good nonetheless. And each season in the books is introduced by Aaron with a few pages discussing something relating to it (i.e. season 4 discusses a bit about Rob Lowe moving on and that whole thing) plus there are pictures in the middle! Black and White pictures but pictures! And the seasons 3 & 4 have the not-filmed scenes in them and for some reason in the episodes included most of the not-filmed scenes are Josh/Donna related. Every fan needs these script books though, great thing to have Sorkin’s written word in your hands.
I wish Cliff was around longer too. He’s probably still in the opposition causing trouble for Josh these days (in my head (and on twitter)).
Haha, I definitely forget sometimes. I find their whole “reality is a TV show called the West Wing” schtick really...
Oh I would totally read that! Also what do you mean fake senior staff? That’s those real people. I swear I’ve been...
